How we watch television has changed a lot. The number of things we can watch is growing exponentially and that’s led to having to make stressful choices. Guidinc offers the best help for choosing films and series across all the on-demand services in the Netherlands. The problem was that the viewers were getting left behind. So we helped Guidinc with a smart solution: check or skip. And who best to help than TV personality Hans van der Togt. Yes. Hans.

We relieve viewers of having to make stressful choices by helping them choose programmes by checking or skipping. Because watching something that really suits you, is sheer luxury.

Implementation

A bold launch.

We knipogen naar vroeger, toen alles gewoon nog zo lekker overzichtelijk was. Dit doen we met niemand minder dan tv-icoon Hans van der Togt, in een lekker foute retro setting incluis outfit. Zo spraakmakend dat het niet alleen een leuke commercial opleverde, maar ook PR.

Result

Absurdly effective

With a bold, one-off launch on tv combined with online publicity, we led everyone to Guidinc and made fans for life. It got us 70K in media value and we attracted over 750,000 visitors. Hans paid out and made a big return.
