Ace & Tate launches sports line with not-so-sporty campaign.

Ace & Tate, internationally renowned eyewear brand, was getting ready to introduce a new category: sports glasses.
And that deserves attention.

But with all the sports brands in this world, how can you still win it?

Solution"No Skills Required"

Ace & Tate is first and foremost a fashion brand and not a sports brand. So the starting point was also that looks are first and sports are second. So we developed the ‘No Skills Required’ campaign, which focused on amateur athletes. It soon becomes clear, these people are not so much about the sport, they mainly want to look good.

To set up our solution, the campaign was divided into two. It started with a teaser of the new ski goggles, without even showing any goggles.

The concept was translated into TikTok, where we capitalised on a number of trends tangentially related to ‘No Skills Required’. This is how the campaign came further to life.
